Dynamo

Dynamo is a cyberpunk themed area. It was originally a domain and was one of the first domains on StarMUD - created by Blackheart. Due to lack of expansion, it's placement in the StarMUD galaxy, and lack of an active domain lord, the code in its entirety was integrated into Earth domain. Most of the original Dynamo code has been lost to time, but some of the oldest areas on StarMUD are found there, including Madonna's mansion, coded by Kitten. A major rewrite was undertaken by Tclord in the mid 1990s, and he created the grid that is known as lower Dynamo and a much larger, very repetitive area known as upper Dynamo. Upper Dynamo was eventually scrapped due to the amount of lag it caused. Other wizards have also contributed areas to what is known as Dynamo, including Destroyer's gang hideout, Dorado's Sirius Cybernetics, and Ravnos' and Ra's Hovertech Corporation.
