Jedurat

The jedurat are a race of amoeboid creatures who have developed cybernetic exoskeletons as a way of evolving themselves.

Jedurat armor is powered by biomechanical energy, which the jedurat constantly drain psionic energy into to replace. The exoskeletons used by the jedurat are armor in their own right and have low-power shield systems as well. The skeleton also can repair itself at a high speed by expending its energy.

Jedurat are stronger and tougher than normal humans, but less dexterous than normal.

Skills

Jedurat are taught how to repair themselves from an early age and thus their knowledge of this skill is quite extensive. They have also come to depend too much upon their hardened exoskeletons so rarely defend themselves from attacks.

Other abilities

Jedurat are all constructed with a special whip system which can use their energy in a devastating attack with the 'jwhip' command. Jedurat can also convert energy from standard energy packs to refill their reserves, although this is less efficient than for androids.

Jedurat are usually more resilient than most beings, but are susceptible to electrical, sonic and radiation attacks. Jedurat have full vision.
