The psukhon are a multi-branched race from a wet, cool world.

The world that members of the psukhon subspecies hail from is wet and cool, with a thick atmosphere. The major sentient species on the world has evolved four separate branches, each evolved for different regions.

Subspecies

Boragh

Boragh psukhoi possess an incredible regeneration rate, as well as increased strength. Their rubbery body also makes them resistant to some kinetic attacks. They are extremely vulnerable to fire, however, and somewhat vulnerable to acid.

Male boragh psukhoi are physically stronger and regenerate slightly faster than female boragh, but are incapable of using psionic powers.

Chamryn

The chamryn are the smallest of the four subspecies of psukhoi. The natural healing glands that most psukhon possess have instead evolved in the chamryn to generate an anti-gravity field which in combination with flaps between their arms and legs gives them the power of flight, as well as amazing speed and agility.

Maghar

The maghar psukhoi have evolved to live under water, with gills and fins in addition to their normal bipedal form. They are the largest of the psukhoi, tough and stocky. They are capable of breathing air but must remain hydrated when not underwater.

Weft

Weft psukhoi are small, but larger than the chamryn. They are extremely agile and rather fast, but lacking in mental prowess. They are naturals at seeking out their opponent's weak points and will automatically target them once found.

Weft are more vulnerable than normal to psionic damage, and heal rapidly so long as they are mostly uninjured. Their healing rate slows down as they are more injured.
