Sanhil
From StarWiki
Sanhil are a little-known race of four armed creatures that live in deserts and wastelands.
Sanhil have brownish colored skin that has what looks like armor plates covering it. There are still large gaps in between the stone-like plates, not giving full protection. Weapons are spurned by them, preferring to use their oversized hands to pound everything into pulp.
Statistics
Sanhil are strong and dextrous. They care little for intelligence, and even less for psionic abilities. They have little or no respect for those who can't fight with their hands.
Skills
Sanhil have a bonus to unarmed.
Other abilities
The stonelike surface of the plates covering the sanhil is inhabited by curious green parasites. As the sanhil grow older their circulatory system begins to invade the plates and come in contact with the parasitic moss. The moss releases a strong chemical to keep the sanhil's body from invading the plates in self-defense. They are very weak psionically, some scientists theorize the moss also feeds on their host's psionic energy as well. Even so, the sanhil are only slightly less intelligent than the average human.
Sanhil are slightly resistant to blunt attacks because of their plated bodies, but thrusting weapons slide under the plates and do more damage than usual. Acid is also feared by them, being partly rock and stone. Since they are partially inorganic, they cannot be revived and lose more endurance than normal.
Sanhil are very brutal creatures by nature and they can attempt to grab people and try to crush them or rip their limbs off using all four arms using the 'sgrab' command. If a sanhil gets severely hurt, it may enter a murderous rage attacking everything in sight.
